Join the HMAAC (Hmong American Association of Colorado) for a free yoga class at the library. This 60-minute Yoga Nidra for Deep Rest Class will help you find peace, reduce stress, and reset your nervous system. If you're feeling overwhelmed or struggling with sleep, this class is for you. You'll be guided while lying comfortably on the floor throughout the class. The library has a limited number of mats available, so please bring your own if you can or a towel to lay on along with a pillow, eye mask, and blanket for comfort. AGES: 12+
